Old stone village house, 45m2, in 2 levels, suited for 2 to 4 people (of which 2 children). It is attached to the host's house (no overlooked direct view). Private pool & pool house. Calm neighbourhood in provencal style, panoramic view: hill, wine yards & old castle.
This is an old village stone house, with 2 levels. High standard : the
electric equipment is new. The house in furnished in an old fashion provencal atmosphere, which suits perfectly well the old stones and the wood ceiling. Open space integrating living room (sofa-bed for 2 children) and kitchen (refrigerator, induction plates, micro wave oven, dish washer). There is one bedroom with a double bed and closet. You will surely appreciate the private pool with its wood terrace, and the cosy poolhouse. There is also a small provencal little garden: oliv trees, cypresses, wine plants... Calm village, in the middle of a wine region, and situated close to most historical and cultural sights of this lovely region Languedoc, and close to Provence, in the South of France.
As for the price per night, please note that there are four different rates, following the time period.

The guest will have total private access to the house, garden, terrace in front of the kitchen, the pool and the pool house.
A secured, private car park is available for the guests.
This house touches the host/owner's house, but it is completely independant, in order to maintain privacy for all parts.
NOTA: The pool will be functioning, beginning with the first guest at the beginning of June, until the end of the season.

Welcome to guests at their arrival, e.g. around a glass of wine, if that is appreciated by the guests.
We live in the house next door, and will be available if you should need any help during your stay.

Saint Victor la Coste is a little village in the district of Le Gard. In the surroundings: Avignon with its theatre festival in July, 25 min. away, Nîmes 50 min, Uzès 25 min, Saint-Rémy de Provence, Arles, Montpellier 1 hour, Le Pont du Gard 30 min, The Mediterranean (Le Grau du Roi) 1 hour 10 min.
There is a very nice old historical castle on the top of the hill overlooking the village, and the surroundings.
. Sheets, towels, and cloths are provided by the hosts.
. Guests should bring with them their own beach towels
. Inventory check upon the arrival, and before the guests leave the house.
. It is prohibited to smoke inside the house, due to sanitary reasons and to the smell, for the comfort of guests arriving after, as well as for security reasons.
. No fire except for the barbecue.
. Please watch after children, even though there is a pool alarm.
. Consumption of water and electricity is included in the price of the rental (this takes into account reasonable consumption of the air conditioning)
. Please leave the house in a correct state when leaving, for the respect of the hosts.
. Animals are not allowed.
. Very important, please do not hesitate to ask the hosts if anything is missing, or what so ever. They will be glad to help you and will try to make your stay as nice as possible.
