a bad experience to forget!
I tried to contact many times via email on the airbnb site or by phone to the guests to know the check in time, but I never got a response, so I contacted the Airbnb customer service asking if they could kindly try to contact the guests but they had no answer!
On the day of their arrival they sent me a message saying they would arrive at 12.30, I point out that the check-in time is from 14.00 pm, and they said they would arrived before 14 pm adding this gentle message: "We will have to find another place to stay if we do not hear from you soon".
when they came I wanted to show the apartment but they did not listen to me, they only told me they would leave the night at 4am, so I say I will be there to check out and above all I invite them not to leave the keys in the apartment! at 4 am as I walk out into the garden to wait for them ,I saw that with their suitcases they had striped all the walls of the stairs and I found them ready to go .. they had left the keys in the apartment! anyway I wonder if they had called a taxi and they answered that they had called a van, so with my usual courtesy and availability I wait with them the arrival of the van. At the end of the story, after waiting in the cold for 40 minutes, the van arrives and they left without even greetings! thanks to you !!
