A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside. Swimming pool. Huge garden.
The house is tiny but well designed. There is a comfortable living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. A stair connects the living room to the bedroom, situated on the mezzanine. A wide panoramic terrace, in the good season doubles the space and offers a magnificent view on the countryside.
Acesso de hóspedes
You have access to the house and to the terrace in front of the house, to the garden and (from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) to my private swimming pool. In season, ask the keeper for some fresh bio vegetables from the vegetable garden, or for some grapes from the old vineyard, or pick a juicy fruit directly from the tree.
We keep the pool open normally on sunny days of April and October, and every day from May to September. The water is warm enough for swimming from mid-June to about the end of September.
Interação com hóspedes
Orso and Violeta are resident keepers, and you can refer to them daily. Orso speaks Italian, some French, some German, and even if you speak in English he will be able to interact with you. I am often but not always at La Costa. If I am there, I will be happy to meet you.
Outras coisas a ter em conta
For home cleaning during longer stays, please make direct arrangements with Orso and Violeta.
Two mountain bikes are available for free. A BBQ is available for free.
Please respect the wildlife and nature of the place. Please do not smoke inside the house. The swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please note that the pool is private and reserved to La Costa's guests: this means that no external people can use it, but the the pool can sometimes be shared with me or other guests: a good opportunity to have a pleasant conversation. No pets inside the houses.
I am an expert in the fields of creativity and communication, a writer and a blogger. I was born and currently live in Milan, but I love the peaceful lifestyle that you can find only in the countryside. I am fond of traveling and I have travelled all over the world, on every continent except Antartica. My main interests: reading (especially fiction and sci-fi), writing, walking, cinema and photography.
I strongly believe that innovation and cooperation will save the world.
