We regret that your stay wasn't as you expected, we try to give our customers the best service. The fact that you didn't get the room you expected occured by a structural error in the (Website hidden by Airbnb) reservation system. We accepted you to check in early without any fee ( 12.00 pm in place of 17.00 pm).Once you arrived we said immediately that there was a fault in the booking and we proposed another room. You agreed with this room and we paid back the difference in price, we couldn't give you another room because it was the only one who was empty. The fact that there where other people keeping up until 4.00 o' clock isn't our fault, we asked several times to be more quiet. The bed was wet because of the window who wasn't totaly closed, when you checked in the bed was dry, when you came in at nighttime, the bed was a little wet but we changed it immediately in the middle of the night. If you look on the booking website, you gonna see that the breakfast isn't included in the price and that you have to anounce it to the reception desk, remember you booked a room in a casa rural, not a hotel! About the languages, you right, we don't speak Catalan yet but we can manage Spanish. There isn't any law who says that the owner has to be on the propertie or in the business, the people working here are good people trying to do the best for every customer en they are very helpfull. Al last i have to say that we have a complain book. In the check out, we proposed you to come back anoter day for a free stay but you even didn't listen to our proposition. We very sorry that your stay was your worst experience ever, anyway our proposition to come back for a free stay still stands.
