You will have exclusive use of this very private penthouse flat with easy access to London; it's only 2 minutes walk from Ockendon railway with a direct link to Fenchurch Street Station in the City of London & is a mere 30 minute journey on an Oyster Card - trains run every 30 minutes. It's great for business or holiday visitors alike. It has a TV in very room, broadband & is very quiet with a lovely furnished south facing secluded balcony patio which features- hot-tub Jacuzzi & patio furniture.
The penthouse is located in a very quiet area but has great access to the center of London. It has a beautiful south facing very private patio balcony which contains rattan style patio furniture, 2 space heaters and BBQ and best of all a hot-tub Jacuzzi spa. The lounge doors open fully along the patio side to make an integrated space combining both areas. We have received 100% satisfied customer feedback. You will have a fantastic and relaxing stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat and private use of the patio balcony. We have arranged a key safe so whatever time you arrive you can check-in without any problem.

I am available at eh end of a phone if you need to contact me but my company runs the station cafe which is 2 minutes walk away if there is any issue or you want personal assistance. In fact we would be more than happy for you to pop round and enjoy tea or coffee with us there; at half price!
Outras coisas a ter em conta
The Flat is in Ockendon RM16, please note that there are other Larkspur Close's in E6, N17 & NW9 - these are not where the property is located! There is parking but it is allocated for residents. We can provide guest parking permits at £3/day or you can park on the nearby station road (subject to availability). The apartment is 'stand alone' but access to the front door is via a paved grass walkway that does not allow vehicle access but a it is the 1st property parking is adjacent.
We will need to see some photo ID on check-in together with proof of an address from a driving licence/utility bill or similar. No indoor shoes in the flat, we provide (washable) footwear. If you loose the key there will be a £30 call-out charge.
