Situated in the historic Victory Rug Building across the street from Hollywood Cemetery, resting place of Presidents James Monroe and John Tyler, the high-ceiling, sunny third floor apartment is a close walk to 2 highly acclaimed restaurants, L'Opposum & Mamma Zu's, the James River trail system, concert venues & Civil War sites including the Tredegar Iron Works.

Felicity was such a great host! The place is beautiful and located in a very groovy part of Richmond. I travel with my pups and the proximity to Hollywood Cemetery (pet friendly) was great for walks with my boys. I'll happily stay in this beautiful place again!!

This is a beautiful, spacious, one-of-a-kind apartment in a historic, hip part of Richmond. Felicity is a great host. I'd recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.
