Our 3 twin bedroom (2 bedrooms can be made into doubles) semi-detached house is light and warm, ideal for a family or group of friends. The open plan lounge and dining area, a modern kitchen and gas central heating will ensure a comfortable stay. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, and the bathroom has a bath and separate electric shower. There is plenty of space for pets/bikes/surf boards etc as we have an integral garage (there is plenty of parking outside too) as well as front and rear porches. There is a small garden with wonderful views over the ancient local church, fields, and out to Dartmoor itself. There is a beautiful river walk quickly accessable from the house.
There is washing machine and dryer in the garage. The house has 42" flatscreen FreeSat TV. There is wireless broadband.

We live nearby and whilst we cannot guarantee that we are always around, we are very happy to give you any advice you may want about local amenities and places to go.
Outras coisas a ter em conta
Having 2 dogs and 2 cats ourselves we welcome pets as long as they stay downstairs and off the furniture. There is a garden, a garage and a front and back porch all of which they can make themselves at home in.
- Please be quiet after 10pm.
- Please recycle rubbish. Cardboard/paper in blue bags, plastic bottles and tins in clear bags, compostable waste in brown bins, keep glass separate (we will recycle), other waste into black bin bags.
- If bringing pets, please clean up any of your animal's poo.

We have 3 grown children and moved from London to Devon 15 years ago for a quieter lifestyle. We love living in Devon and embraced the lifestyle, such as now growing a lot of our own food and walking our dogs on the moors.
