A VERY UNTRUTHFUL review from a VERY UNTRUTHFUL guest Yao,who confirmed this booking with Airbnb as one of a large family and friends group ( 15 adults and 4 young children )

Unfortunately it is very clear that this guest has gone to a lot of trouble to post this terrible and UNTRUTHFUL review which DOES NOT IN ANY WAY reflect the views of the rest of our guests who were clearly angry at Yao's continuous unwarrented complaints about everything, despite all my answers to her many questions included in aprox 82 emails before her arrival and the clearly stated booking conditions she had agreed to when booking via Airbnb.
Unfortunately her conduct ended up ruining the group's holiday altogether with many of the other guests taking day trips out by themselves for the remainder of their stay.
On departure day, all the other guests said how much they had enjoyed staying in my villa,apologised again for all their problems and said they hoped to be able to come back again someday.
UNFORTUNATELY though, Airbnb only allow the person who made the booking to post a review,so I finish by saying that if you are someone that is thinking of booking my villa and are concerned about this review,I ask you to please let me know when making your enquiry and also to please read my other reviews which I hope will make you feel more comfortable.
I have now responded as politely as possible so I and all my staff would like to wish "all" our guests good health and happiness for the future.
