The response time from the host or management was horrible! It’ll be days to almost a week before there was a response. Also, some questions were left unanswered and voicemail messages weren’t returned.

Dang, so sorry to hear that you had some questions that were not answered promptly. I think the question was the location of the pool lights. The pool lights are in the pool pump house but we are rectifying your inconvenience by having a switch placed on the patio right away. The caretaker that lives on the property should have turned on the pool lights upon your request, but in any event I apologize for the terrible inconvenience. I hope you didn’t let that spoil your vacation. Please return again and we will be sure to make it up to you. Scott
