We are so sorry that you felt unwelcome in our house. As you had requested the use of the main kitchen before you came we tried to make it clear that as this is the main living area for the family, times are restricted to 9.30 -4.30 and we offered you a cancellation if you preferred. On the 2nd morning you came to cook breakfast, we had had a problem with a leaking fridge and my husband was worried about a slippery floor and space for you to cook in. Which is why he asked you to return 10 minutes later. We are always happy to host guests, chat to them and offer any advice and take great care to give them space or welcome them into London living. What we did find rather unusual is your son appearing in the garden and chatting to our au pair and asking for her contact details. The children are used to having guests in the house but tend to keep out of the way. I find it hard to get more than one word from my own teenagers as well! We apologise for not speaking Spanish very well, which may have helped to explain the above in more detail .
We are happy to offer the main kitchen to guests but within times negotiated as it is our working space as well as the family area. We do hope that you will enjoy using Airbnb again in the future.
