My place is close to family-friendly activities, golf, fishing, bicycling and the events and shops of downtown Sebring. You’ll love my place because of the large rooms, high ceilings, the location, and the ambiance. It is a vintage bungalow house with an updated apartment. Cooks will love the kitchen. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers (good password accessed WIFI). Families are welcome - great place to meet family for a holiday.

Townhouse style has a good sized living room, dining room, large kitchen and half bath on first floor. The master suite is on second floor. Great bungalow ambience with the front porch, original wood floors and tall ceilings. Cooks will love the well-equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances (yes, a dishwasher too).
Flat screen TV in living room and bedroom, WIFI, games, books and DVDs.

This is a private apartment. There is parking in the carport for this unit.
You have the entire apartment to yourself.

There is also a shared courtyard and shared laundry facilities to the rear of the unit.

Trailer parking. If you happen to be pulling a utility, we own a private grassy parking two block from the apartment. It is available for parking with advance arrangements. Let us know if you need this.

I grew up in Sebring and was in town to celebrate my 20th high school reunion. This place was perfect for our stay.The house is within walking distance to the historic downtown, aka The Circle. Sebring isn't too big and we were able to drive anywhere we needed to go in 5-15 minutes. The house had a great temperature. I never had to touch the thermostat. Off street parking was very convenient. Smart TV was a big plus. The tub upstairs is very deep and great for a soak. The blinds on the windows let you let in lots of light or keep it dark if you prefer. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. We could occasionally hear people talking next door, but nothing disruptive. I'll definitely stay again.

Came into town for a triathlon and the location and comfort can't be beat. Spacious rooms, great A/C, full kitchen... It was just what we needed.

Great little house that has been nicely renovated. Quiet little street away from the busy strip mall section of Sebring. Hospitable hosts. I'll likely stay here again.

We stayed an entire month at Eucalyptus House and had a truly wonderful time. The house, which has been renovated and furnished with great care, is in a historic and charming neighborhood, and is within easy walking distance of downtown Sebring and Lake Jackson. Madge was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed our stay completely and plan to return next year. Highly recommended.
