Just steps from Waikiki beach, restaurants, Honolulu Zoo, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transportation - all within walking distance. Tastefully decorated, you can enjoy an equipped kitchenette and the a comfy memory foam topper bed. The condo is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families up to 3 (sofa folds out to a full size mattress). Condo is carefully cleaned and disinfected after each guest.

Modern studio located on the 3rd floor of a 10-story building in Waikiki. Double-pane windows keep noises out, so it's nice & quiet inside. This building is considered one of the best locations in Waikiki! The best part is that Waikiki beach is basically across the street. I provide my guests with all the beach gear you'll need to enjoy the day in paradise.

The kitchen has granite counter top, lots of cabinet space, and a fully stocked kitchenette. There's everything you'd need to cook a meal (pots/pans, knife set, cutting board, spatulas and other cooking utensils, a built-in double-burner stove top, toaster/bake oven, microwave, rice cooker, and a good sized refrigerator/freezer). Coffee maker with free coffee pods and an electric kettle (sugar and cream not included). In the living area guests can relax with, free WIFI and 40" flat screen TV with cable, very comfy queen size bed with memory foam mattress, and a sofa that folds out to a full size bed. The building has fiber optic cable to the room, so the internet speed is fantastic. Table top USB ports next to the bed to charge your phones & tablets.

It's a great home base for venturing out or staying in and enjoying the gorgeous rooftop view of Waikiki (try watching sunrise with coffee or sunset with a bottle of wine there!).

We also provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, so you can leave those at home.

My Guests have full run of the apartment - its not a shared space. It's a 363 square foot air conditioned studio apartment with floor to ceiling windows on one side of the room and no lanai (balcony).

There is a rooftop sundeck on the 10th floor (see the pictures) that is available to everyone and has stunning ocean and mountain views. It's a great place for coffee at sunrise and relax with wine at sunset.

There's a free concierge service in the lobby. They provide information and services on transportation, tour packages and specials, restaurant reservations and more. (Since Covid, this service is currently not available).

There is no parking included with this apartment. There's a small lot at the building and you can reserve it directly for $25/day - call or email Waikiki Grand Hotel directly to reserve a spot. I recommend contacting them as early as possible since the lot fills up quickly. For other less expensive street parking options, I have a map in the condo.

The name of the building is Waikiki Grand and each unit is individually owned and none of the units look alike on the inside. The building is located right on the edge of Waikiki and what is called The Gold Coast. The Gold Coast is essentially where all the local go when they say they are going to Waikiki. Theres a great beach there called Kaimana beach, it's great for playing and for swimming. Theres a flag that a lot of people swim to that is about 1/8 a mile away. You'll see fish and turtles on on you swim to the flag and back.

Across the street from the building is the Honolulu zoo and you can see Flamingos from the 10th floor deck. There's a Starbucks, Teddy's Bigger Burger, ABC store all right as you walk out the building. I heard from guests that they love breakfast at Lulu's.

If you are a runner there's a place the you can jog around Kapiolani Park, it's a little over one mile if you go all around it. Now, if you want a longer run you can run with hills you can run around Diamond Head which is a little of 3.2 miles.

Chess players usually meet on the beach nearby and play speed games. I've never played but they look serious.

Foodies- Great restaurants are always entering the market in Waikiki and it's surrounding areas. Dukes is a staple and will most likely always be around, but there plenty of other awesome ones that you can find on Yelp.com. Yelp will have all the latest and most accurate information on restaurants, if you don't like Yelp then just do a search for restaurants and you'll learn something great.

I strongly recommend you take surf lessons, try canoe surfing which is very easy, and do the sunset sail. Queen Kapiolani Hotel next door rent surf boards for those who are interested. These are activities that people that live here still do, very memorable and relaxing activities.

I don't live at the building, but I do live on the island (other side of Oahu). The best way to contact me is through the Airbnb messager and I respond quickly. If you need to call for emergency reasons, go ahead. The front desk is there to assist and you can always call the front desk (after hours, there is a security guard that will pick up.)
