Hi - Thanks for staying with us. I just wanted to highlight few things :
1. We were informed using either phone or email or airbnb messaging about any smell in the bathroom. All of our units are non-smoking. If there is any smoke smell, our housekeeping has strict instructions to take care of it.
2. The only message we had is that when you forgot which floor did you park and we immediately got in touch with you (2 people) to help you find your car in the garage. You panicked that your car has been towed whereas you just forgot the floor you parked your car on. This was the only issue or communication we received from you and we responded pretty fast (by multiple people). So, we believe that should qualify as good customer service.
Again, we encourage to report any issues minor or major to us - we do respond within 12 hours to every email.
Regarding parking pass, we send instructions to everyone as soon as they pay for parking. Parking pass was available in the apartment. The reason, we don't leave at front desk as we have had occurence when parking pass was lost by Front desk.
