You will have a comfy queen bed in the bedroom, with a small tv to watch DVD's ( sorry not connected to channels) your own bathroom , your own lounge with a kitchenette to make tea, coffee and light snacks. No oven or stove top to make meals ,but it has a microwave, fridge and all the necessary cutlery, plates etc for you to make a light meal if you wish. ( Think hotel room but bigger) The lounge tv is connected to local channels, google chrome and also has a DVD player. An outdoor area with lounge furniture and off street parking.

Should you need to , you will have use of laundry facilities and kitchen facilities.
You will also be able to use the hot tub and the BBQ area.

While we don't have any pets the next door neighbours cat is a regular visitor.
Our adult son has the bedroom upstairs but is very quiet and keeps to himself.

Hauraki is a lovely area situated halfway between Takapuna and Devonport. Takapuna beach ( one of the best beaches in Auckland ) is a short walk away, as is the local shopping centre.
