We are situated at the gateway to beautiful McLaren Vale, on 10 acre property. We have fantastic views across a vineyard and we are located next to Shingleback winery. The property has a New house on it divided into 2 apartments. One apartment is a B & B. This apartment has 1 large main bedroom with kingsize bed with electric blanket provided and wall mounted tv, walk in robe for guests to use and a large ensuite. In the next room (livingroom) we have a comfortable sofa bed, which can sleep 2 adults for only $25 each per night. (Sofa bed is situated in a separate living room from main bedroom) This new house (apartment) also has large beautiful and modern kitchen. Light breakfast provisions included. Fridge, dish washer and butlers pantry for guests to use as they wish. Front Verandah and back entertainment decked area for guests to use. Key code lock for guests to also access, so guests can come and go as they please. 4 free pushbikes for guests to use as we are next to a biketrack which either takes you to the coast or the hills. 10minute ride to the main street. Local taxi service or bus tours available. Check in is 3pm and late check out of 11am.

*please note* we have one main bedroom kingsize bed with beautiful large ensuite. We also have a comfortable sofa bed in our large living room that can accomodate 2 extra guests in the spacious living room for only $25 per night, each guest. Whole apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
On the property there are two friendly Kelpie dogs, horses, geese, peacocks, and the occasional kangaroo and koala.
The house is divided into 2 Units. The other unit has permanent residents. We ask that our b&b guests take this into consideration and keep noise level to an acceptable level. No smoking allowed not inside apartment.
