Perfect location just outside the city centre which is only a £5 taxi ride away. Iain arranged for us to pick the keys up from a secure location at our convenience as we wasn't sure what time we would arrive. Very big apartment, plenty of space to relax and was very clean.

Great communication and the host helped us out of a bad situation with another host that let us down with somewhere to (Website hidden by Airbnb) was quick and easy to get sorted and we were met at the property with 20 mins notice. Great place to stay!

I stayed here for my graduation ceremony at the University of Liverpool with my family and the apartment was very clean and cosy. Also Lian was a noticeable good host, he was very attentive.

Iian was a great host, communicated very well and was extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this location for its proximity to Lark Lane, bus stops and a short ride into the main Liverpool area, Mathew St and others.
