Dude... what are you thinking writing, 'feels prone to flooding' in a review? The main house was constructed in 1935. The town home in 2017. The house has never flooded. Not even during Harvey when the city was under water... Its a historic neighborhood. If the sound of a 4, 2, & 1 year old playing in the yard bothers you, it would have been nice for you to let us know that while staying with us. The listing clearly states that the unit is on our property.
We offer a garage space, not sure how many AirBnBs offer that amenity. If your SUV or pickup doesn't fit, your vehicle can be parked in a fenced driveway.
We've been hosting for almost two years now and I figured one day we'd receive a weak review. The Ritz downtown is pretty nice. It has a tub in the living room. You should consider staying there on your next visit rather than an AirBnB.
