They had a change of plans last minute and decided to stay an extra night in berlin as you can confirm if you check their profile and the extra booking, that led them to check out a day earlier and then requested a refund for the night that they did not stay making fake claims on the state of the property. We are highly reviewed in all our properties and we have worked over 3 years with Airbnb and we have not encountered until today a guest leaving in the middle of their stay and on top of that being so rude in the process. We do believe that there is space for improvement in any Airbnb, and all super-hosts understand that most of the improvement comes from the guest’s idea. However, we do not agree on exaggerating details to get money back or not being straight forward on what we believe has been a last-minute change on plans and blame it on the property.
