How does Airbnb handle security deposits?
Security deposits help cover accidents that occur during a reservation, like spilled wine on the rug, a broken window, or an unreturned key.

No linens, towels or any of the items in the apartment are lost or damaged. - - NO Early check-in or late check-out unless agreed to, in advance, by the owner or his/her representative. - - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests for this unit is limited to 6 persons. Inclusion of any guests, during your stay, over this maximum occupancy limit must be approved in advance of the stay - - NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, we do not permit towels (except beach towels) or linens to be taken from the units. Loss of any towels or linens will be charged against security deposit. - - WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing, in advance. - - All people occupying the apartment must be registered. - No pets allowed. - Quiet after 10pm. - Apartments need to be returned in condition - Please dispose ALL TRASH in the garbage shut.
