I would like to remind you that you didn't answered my calls/ (Hidden by Airbnb) messages since two days before check in.
On the day of the check in Friday you did contact me at 1400PM and we schedule the check in for 1600PM, unfortunately you arrived at 20:00PM without any regret.
You have to understand that Airbnb is not an hotel and reliable communication is a must.
Indeed I showed up at ~20:15, a 15 min after you arrived to the apartment, but you can't consider this that I was late.
Regarding the TV issues you mentioned, also in the pictures you can see there is no TV in the living room and if you were asking me before booking that it was important for you I would share with you this information. Additionally when you tried to contact me was Friday night, 23:30 via SMS, and you told me you are having some issues and you didn't tried to contact me again.
I'm truly sorry that you had some issues but I assumed you have managed to solve it.
I know it's a smartTV and sometimes people don't know how to operate such thing but you seems to be a young high tech guy that can operate it.
The smart TV includes, Netflix, YouTube and the Israeli main stream channels, 2
I hope that TV screens will not be a an issue on your next vacation and you will have much more thing to see and experience in my amazing country Israel.
