Our Vacation home is ideally situated between the American Eagle and American Flyer Ski Lifts in Center Village. This 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse condo sleeps 10 and comes with everything you could need or want to create a memorable ski vacation. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, the 2nd bedroom is also a lock-off studio unit with one queen bed and a queen over queen bunk. Our condo is all about convenience and location, we hope you enjoy it!

1. CHECK-IN: Check-In time is after 4:30 P.M. MDT and Check-Out CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. MDT. Renter agrees to a $200 rent charge if the guest does not check-out promptly.
a. Please leave keys inside the unit
b. Please remove all trash from the property
c. Turn Heat to 66 degrees
d. Close and secure all doors and windows
e. Load and start dishwasher
2. SMOKING: This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is not permitted in anywhere in the building or on balconies. An additional cleaning fee of $300 will be assessed if the property has been found smoked in.
3. PETS: Pets are not permitted in rental home. A minimum of a $300 cleaning fee will be assessed if a pet is found to have been in the rental home without pre-authorization.
4. AGE REQUIREMENT: No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) parent is required for every four (4) children under the age of twenty-five. Parents must accompany their children under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed.
5. PROPERTY DAMAGE: Renter agrees to pay for any damage done the property plus loss of rental and legal fees if any damage is found in the unit. Guest shall provide a credit card to the owner prior to the check in date. This card will be charged the cost of repairs plus lost rental time should any damage be found in the unit.
6. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations will not receive a refund. We do not offer refunds or reschedule trips due to inclement weather or for road closures.
7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Our vacation home will be professionally cleaned and prepared before your arrival. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate.
8. ASSESEMENTS: If any keys or entry devices are lost or misplaced, the following fees will be assessed: $50 per door key, $50 per locker key, Parking Pass $50.
9. NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet time for the property is 10:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M., in conjunction with Summit County ordinances. Please be considerate of your neighbors when using radios, stereos, and all other musical or entertainment devices.
a. Owners and Managers of this property are not liable for loss, damage of property, injury to me or my guests during my stay on the premises.
b. I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the owners of this property, its officers, staff, agents, or employees for any liability, claim and or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me arising out of use of the house or property.
12. Guest shall provide a permanent physical address to the owner of the condo for security reasons.
13. Renter Agrees that they have thoroughly read the listing and viewed all pictures of this 2 unit.

By occupying this property, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions of this agreement and rental details below. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations may result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Great condo in Copper Lodge. Didn't realize that most places would be shutdown in Copper during our stay the first week of October, but we still had a great visit. Copper was very convenient to access Frisco, Breckinridge and Vail.

This was our 6th trip to Copper, by far this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. The owner was very easy to connect with. The condo was very clean and neat - as you might expect if it was newly renovated. The decorations are top notch and cozy as a ski condo should be. This condo is also larger than any other condo we’ve seen in Center Village. We really liked the double story windows and incredible views. The vaulted ceilings are probably 20’ tall.

The location is perfect, very clean and in order. We had nothing but a positive experience.
