Perfect for a single/couple who want to experience one of the city's neighborhoods, or who forgot to book a hotel room for the weekend. The immediate neighborhood is diverse and residential, but is a quick walk to Freret Street & the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line. $7 Uber to French Quarter. Unit does NOT have a full kitchen. Dogs allowed and on premises.
Unit includes queen bed, smart tv, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and iron (no full kitchen). Owner is onsite and easy to reach. Neighborhood is close to the universities and a quick uber/taxi ride to almost anywhere in the city. Maximum capacity is two adults (plus child).

The unit does not share any space with the main home. There is one driveway parking spot for the unit, and plenty of street parking. Entrance to bnb is through the backyard, which is connected to the driveway.

The owner lives in the main part of the home and is easily reached by text. She was born and raised in New Orleans, and is happy to answer any questions about the city or give recommendations for restaurants and night life. She's a working professional and has two friendly bichons who you might meet during your visit.

Limit of two guests. Absolutely no parties or cooking on the premises. There may be noise until midnight on the weekends, including Sunday night. The most common "crime" in this neighborhood is theft from unlocked cars. There are many children who regularly play nearby. Neighbors are racially and economically diverse. A pig named Hank lives on the next block.
