Large, light, book filled Victorian house in Canton. On a quiet street, super close to bus and train stations. With fantastic pubs, cafes, parks and restaurants near by. WiFi throughout.

Double room upstairs with wooden floor, large wardrobe, desk space and large double bed. 3 mins from the coolest arts centre in the UK, Chapter. 2 mins from a fantastic local pub, The Lansdowne, and near 2 local parks, Victoria Park and Thompsons Park.

The house is on a quiet street, closed off at one end, so minimal traffic . It’s 3 mins from the brilliant Chapter Arts Centre which has a fantastic cinema, theatre, art gallery and lovely cafe. It’s also a couple of mins from some great pubs, pizza places, cafes and restaurants on Cowbridge Road East. There are two big parks nearby, Victoria and Thompson’s, and you can walk into town in 20 mins. The bus to the city centre is a 2 minute walk away.

I love to chat but also happy to let people have their own space. I work full time in the arts, it can be more than full time at times, however I’m around to meet guests, make them a cuppa and answer any questions.

There is a separate fridge for guests to use and I will leave the essentials there for guests to use, milk, butter etc. I have a good knowledge of the city and I’d be happy to recommend restaurants, places of interest, and especially any cultural events worth attending.
