An open plan living and dining area adjoins the large, fully equipped kitchen which is perfect for entertaining and the media room and games room will keep children of all ages entertained!
Noosa Gums is set on 2 acres with expansive, manicured lawns and towering eucalypts and also boasts direct creek access to the Noosa River and Lake Cooroibah.
Beautifully furnished and styled, Noosa Gums has been thoughtfully set up as a holiday home, the owners have provided everything imaginable to ensure guests want for absolutely nothing whilst staying in their home!
Perfectly suited to gatherings of families and friends Noosa Gums sleeps up to 18 guests.
The master bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the pool and garden, a super king size bed and a sunken ensuite with spa bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a super queen size bed, bedroom 3 comprises 2 king singles with king single size trundle mattresses below both and the 4th bedroom is set up with 3 sets of single bunks and 2 trundle mattresses below. There is also a sofa bed in the study if required.
A large bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet/powder room service the additional 3 bedrooms.
All bedrooms have built in robes and quality linen. Bath and pool towels are provided for all guests.
The large open plan family kitchen, living and dining space allow large family groups to cook and enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen features a 6 burner gas hob, double oven and brand new dishwasher and French cabinet fridge, with a second fridge available in the garage.
Outdoors is a Weber Q BBQ and a dining setting allowing guests the option to dine outdoors on the verandah or indoors on the large, communal tables and bench seats.
The aspect from the expansive back verandah is of the sun-drenched pool with towering eucalypts and a beautifully manicured garden as its backdrop. The fully fenced 100,000L in ground pool features a swim up bar with TV, day bed gazebo and pool toys galore.
Relax in the media room with Foxtel, Netflix, a DVD, Wii or a board game or head downstairs to the games room where you’ll find couches, table tennis, darts and a glitter ball! Outdoors there’s a 14ft trampoline, a full sized basketball hoop, soccer goals, 6 adult bicycles and helmets, a fire pit area perfect for marshmallow roasting in the cooler months as well as kids’ body boards for use at the beach!
The large laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities and the property’s 3 clothes lines allow guests to make the most of the sunshine! The property has a septic waste system, so careful consideration must be given to the laundry products used.
Flowing through the property is Cooroibah Creek which connects directly to Noosa River and Lake Cooroibah. With direct creek access guests are welcome to explore the spectacular river system and glassy Lake Cooroibah in the property’s kayaks (for up to 9 people).
Please note: the house, back verandah and pool area are fully enclosed/fenced, but the creek is unfenced so supervision of children whilst outdoors is essential.
The home features quality furnishings, décor and linen throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms and security fly screens on all doors and windows, a study with WiFi, a double keyless garage and for the cooler months a gas Coonara style heater in the main living area.
