I'm surprise about your cleaning remark, in fact if you contacted me at your arrival in order to inform me about any cleaning issue I would have been happy to ask my cleaning team to come back. Regarding the TV issue, I didn't hesitate to ask my property manager to come back at the apartment when you contacted me about it. He made a round of the flat and there where any problem with it... I had others guests after you and there where any problem, you just had to follow all steps that I sent to you by email... Finally I always try to find a solution of the issues mentioned during our conversation, I am sorry if it was not enough.
