Thanks for your review.
I'm sorry we had this misunderstanding. I try to clarify so that the two points of view are:
* By "Large Balcony" we understand, not the depth of it, but the height and width of the space that is what brings light. 99% of the balconies in Madrid are of that width and more if they are from a building of the mid-nineteenth century like ours.
* Indeed, one of the images of the listing is a situation from the roof of the building but its intention is not to be the views but the location. The point is to transmit a clear idea of the area of the building is located.
* Regarding the small discount, you immediately try to obtain a 60% discount based on this "confusion", a point that seemed disproportionate and unfair, so I made that discount you say "small."
* I must write down that you say "walled apartment" when it is simply a first floor full of light since in front there is only a 2-story building. This "walled apartment" has received all its ratings as 5 stars and your case is the first time I received 3 stars as a superhost after 99 ratings -98% of which are 5 stars-.
We want to understand your frustration but also express that I thing this review does not does justice to our property and our work.
However, I hope that the other points did like you since you value us with 3 out of 5 stars and, to avoid other confusions in the future, I will now eliminate that image that has led us to this confusion.
