Karen: Thanks for your honest feedback and apologies the cleaning person sent by the management company did a poor job in preparation for your visit. I did take this opportunity to report this poor performance to their manager and that person will not be sent back, under any circumstances, to clean this apartment. A full deep cleaning of the apartment was performed last week. I have personally gone to view the apartment since the deep clean and missing wall hangings, kitchen supplies have been replaced. I can assure you that I am indeed the host that others have reviewed. I can also assure you that I took all of your feedback in the most serious manner and that I do appreciate you taking the time to inform me.
