Stunning open plan design captures the light and ambience that flow from the street to the waterfront offering perfect entertaining. The vast atrium features 6-metre sliding doors of tinted glass that glide away to reveal the expansive waterfront terrace with BBQ and al fresco dining areas.
For protection from summer heat, giant matching louver doors slide across to enclose the terrace and create complete privacy. Besides a Miele kitchen and dedicated home theatre, this contemporary residence offers 5 Bedrooms.

6 bedrooms + Cinema room means the house can accommodate a maximum of 19-22 guests. Standard bedding is for 19 people. However, extra bedding can be arranged on request to bring total to 22 guests. (Cinema Room can be used as 7th bedroom with blow up beds to increase above 19 guests)

There is both WIFI and Air conditioning available at the property but due to Airbnb's strict rules around refunding 100% of the reservation amount in the unlikely event they break down or don't work for lthe shortest amount of time, we have decided to NOT Advertise any of our properties with air conditioning or wifi or make any representation that they work

We live in a peaceful street and love and respect our neighbours privacy. Therefore we have a no tolerance policy for loud music after 10pm. Strictly no amplifiers, DJ equipment or speakers are to be brought onto the premises.

- GOLD COAST CITY COUNCIL REGULATIONS FOR HOLIDAY HOUSES In accordance with Gold Coast City Council and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, this house has a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. It is necessary to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am, in accordance with the Council regulations. We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together. We do not accept bookings from schoolies or large groups of young singles. This holiday house is not suitable for functions of any kind. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to use this house as any holiday house on the Gold Coast as a party house.
- (If a party is what your looking for, we do have a 90ft Luxury yacht berthed at Marina Mirage in Main Beach, which can be hired for parties and functions and sleeps up to 12 in 5 bedrooms . This is also on Airbnb under our other listings.) Or you can check it out on (website hidden)
- This is a $6 million dollar luxury home, only suitable for guests who are respectful and grateful for being able to holiday in such beautiful home and respectful of the neighbours.
- CHECK-OUT RULES:
-Please put all dirty dishes in the washing machine (no need to turn the machine on if its not full)
- Please leave beds unmade
- Please collect and discard all rubbish
- Please note: As this is a high profile property we require implementation of our extra security measures and you will be required to complete and return our additional credit card security deposit form prior to your arrival.
- Strict NO PARTY POLICY
- Smoking outside ONLY
- Key loss surcharge $300 plus admin fee
- Garage remote surcharge $200
- Only small pet allowed
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with conditions. Breaches of conditions during your stay may result is loss of security deposit and/or immediate termination

Great house for large number of people, lots of space and great location. House getting a little bit tired, but this did not take away from the overall experience and spaciousness of the house. I would recommend the house for anyone who wants lots of space in a quiet suburb with a great outlook.

A great place for a weekend away. We had 10 adults who were able to sleep very comfortably across the 5 bedrooms, with some spare beds in there if needed. The location was great for us with plenty of carparking. There was plenty to do with the pool, spa and pool table. Everything was very comfortable and the weather was sensational. The living and outdoor areas were a great space to kick back and relax and have a BBQ. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay here, no issues whatsoever and great communication...second time I've stayed here and would definitely return again and recommend to others!
