Very surprising when you make your best to satisfy a guest and you get a 3-stars review for the following!!
WIFI: the modem was down for only few minutes during which I was calling the guest of the other apartment; I have to point out that it is the first time that this has happened (about 50 reviews, none complaining about wifi!!). The connection is very strong (fiber 100MB) as I promised at the booking time, if it goes down for 2-3 minutes, I can't say it is a big problem.
CURTAINS: they have been fixed by technicians (as a periodical check) just before Nicole'e checkin so, of course it was not my fault. I've given my house, including curtains, in a perfect state but I didn't find it in the same state at the checkout, and that's all, besides any guest's excuse.
Finally, an advice for Nicole: next time when you ask for a free drive to an host and she refuse because of a medical issue, don't use the review to express your disappointment!
