A spectacular 17th century Grade II listed Manor House set in mature gardens, situated 1 mile from the village of Eastgate in the delightful Weardale countryside.

Nestled in the heart of stunning Durham countryside and surrounded by rolling fields and distant moorland, this is truly a magical destination for special family and group celebrations.

The luxurious drawing room with comfortable seating has two impressive fireplaces, shuttered to the windows and linen fold doors, with access to a small bar with wine fridge & drinks cooler.

The spectacular Baronial dining hall with ornate ceilings, stained glass windows and feature fireplace with wood burning stove creates an atmosphere of luxury and magnificence that is difficult to forget.
Access from the Baronial Hall onto a large terrace perfectly positioned to enjoy the panoramic views of Weardale, and continues into the matured grounds comprising of half an acre of gardens, feature garden pod, bbq, steam and woodland waiting to be enjoyed.

The well equipped commercial kitchen takes the stress out of cooking for large groups and family meals.
Leading through to a breakfast room with traditional AGA ideal for a morning cup of tea whilst perusing the papers.
