I, the host definitely does not live in an annex joined into the house. I am bemused by this comment. There is only a windowless garage adjoining the house. I live in my own property away from the house. The house is a detached property. I don’t check up on guests, this would be a gross intrusion of their privacy. I had to disturb this party 3 times to request they move their car so I could get mine out to go to work, this doesn’t constitute ‘checking up’ on someone.
Parking, this group booked the house excluding any access to parking at the property. As a goodwill gesture I emailed a few days before their arrival offering to share my private parking, I offered them parking for strictly 1 car only. The first day of their stay I couldn’t get my car out to go to work as they had blocked me by parking two of their cars and had to be asked to move one to let me out. The same thing happened the second and third day. I was frustrated they seemed irritated at having to move the second car to let me out again and were slow to move it even though they were making me late for work.
Please note - I now have 2 permanent parking spaces at the property solely for use by guests.
Dust - the house has about 30 wooden blinds which can gather dust, I will try harder to keep these dust free although I feel this pales into insignificance when compared to the sink heaped with unwashed dished, broken glasses and make-up wipes down the loo etc these girls left in their wake.
I took a chance accepting a booking this group of young girls without any reviews and regretted it.
