a tram station 3 min on foot to the flat.
a historical mosque at the beginning of the street.
and taxi drivers don't have to speak your language.
So, it is wrong. My flat is not in a place hard to find.
Istanbul is a metropol, it is very huge where more than 15 MILLION people live, this is what you didn't want to understand the whole trip.
This is the reason i suggested you to use uber instead of local taxis so that you can type the address yourself and never get lost.
Extra cost for the 5th person:
What you see as a price in my flat is up to 4 people. Whether you stay one person or 4 this is what you pay and accept before booking it. So, even if ONLY ONE night you stay more than 4 people i have to charge you that extra cost. You didn't say anything against during texting when i told you but when i charged you, you don't like it.
If you don't accept to pay, we will ask Airbnb's opinion.
You have a report. If you don't accept to pay, we will ask Airbnb's opinion. I don't have to have dryer, i don't have it in the list of things i offer. So, this can not be the reason that you didn't break my washing machine.
Days before your arrival, i mentioned that TV was going to come on monday or tuesday and it did on tuesday. I sent you a text about bringing it but you never contacted with me. How am i supposed to guess when you are at home? This is also what you don't understand, i am hosting you in my flat, i am not your 24 hours open front dest of receptionest or your bellboy. I am just offering my flat and my help.
For all the taxi drivers you gave my phone number and made me guess myself who is in it, who wants to go where from where. In fact, you were the one who never stopped making me do things for you without letting me know in advance. I was never informed about that taxi drivers will phone me from their personal mobiles.
For the night without letting me know that your nephew was coming, i had to talk to a taxi driver who phoned me from his mobile. It was me who informed your nephew was coming. I had to go and take her from the street with a wet towel on my head. You didn't even take your own nephew. It was me. You did not tell me she was coming. You did not tell me she needs help. You did not tell me i should give directions to the flat to a taxi driver that might phone me.
I would of course help but it would be nice to ask me first, right? It would be nice if i didn't have to go out wet.
Your nephew asked me to call them an uber during check out and i did. I never asked you to pay. When you said 'cancel it and tell them to go with an ordinary taxi' I only said there might be a little charge if i cancel it. This is not my regulation. Its Uber's. I sent a photo of this Uber reservation where the price is mentioned. Again, i didn't make up this price. Its uber. There is NO fixed taxi price in Istanbul. So, i don't know what you are talking about. Taxi is different. Uber is a private company and their prices are not upon mine or your wish.
Hundreds of times i showed how you can turn it on. Hundreds of times i told you i can come every night to turn on which i did, ask your brother, you were not there.
My heater is automatic and it starts only when the temperature is below 19 which i also explained hundreds of times but still came to turn it on manually.
Sohila, you were my only bad experience in Airbnb. I hope you can understand the house rules and how airbnb works etc.
I have proofs for everything that happened during your stay. hope it will be solved quickly.
