I must say I am quite surprised by your comment after being so understanding after our numerous exchanges during and after your arrival. I am sorry again if there was any issue with your arrival, the person that was supposed to greet you sadly had an accident on her way there and prevented my flat manager and yourself as soon as possible for us to find a solution. As for the cleaning team, they have been delayed by the strikes on that day, which is very regrettable but is part of unexpected events that may sometimes happen. I apologized a few times over this and only asked pictures at first thinking that the cleaning team left before handling the whole place. I also stayed available at all times to answer any questions that should normally have been answered by the person handling the keys and am wondering how I may have appeared as careless as you are describing here.. The wifi was only noted to having problems once when you asked me how to make it work (which is solved by a simple and quick reset). The cleaning team usually providing one towel, two were left for the week which is pretty standard here. The same is about the keys, to prevent any loss. As for the bug issue, I wish you would have told me as soon as you noticed the bites so that I could send someone to look at the issue. After reading your comment, I did, and nothing was found by my flat manager. those accusations are quite saddening after all I did to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
