This home was a cute apartment with a great location BUT there were many problems with our stay. We booked this place because the listing said it was close to the beach and had 3 beds. There is only one real bed, a hard fold down couch, and another couch that is VERY uncomfortabl…

We’re delighted to know that our guests find our property cute with great location. At the same time, we are regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. All amenities including bed are clearly stated on the advert and the ideal number of people to sty in the unit. As for the transfer service, we do have very specific instructions as where to wait for and meet our driver at the airport. the meeting point at the airport is also specific to which terminal they arrive from. Our check out staff are scheduled accordingly based on our guest's check out time, In the rare instance that they are late, this may happen if unexpected events or if they are caught up with another guest scheduled to check out from a different property. And for the electricity, to be fair and transparent with out guests, during check in our staff will always explain to our guests on how the electricity will be calculated and upon check out, our staff will inform the guests about their electric usage and the corresponding amount to be paid. Note that any guest can check and verify the consumption anytime during their stay as they have access to the electric meter room. And in this case, we sent to the guests the photo of their electric usage as a proof to prove our claim. We have taken note of these complaints with the beds, water heater and wifi when the guest was in house. And we did immediately send a staff to cater to all of the guest’s concerns. Thereafter we did not hear back and concluded that the issue has already been resolved. Our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately for any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. Nevertheless, we apologize again for all the inconvenience that it may caused to our guests. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Kenya back in Phuket soon.

We are glad to hear that the guest enjoyed the majority of their experience in our property. Our guest's feedback are always appreciated and also taken into account. Regarding the electricity, the guests are always free to request for the computation upon check out or ask us of what the estimated electricity would be prior to their booking however, it can still go beyond that amount depending on how mindful the guests are with their air-conditioning usage. Our staff will always explain to our guest during check in about the electricity consumption and on how can it is calculated.We have staff assigned and a dedicated email and phone number to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them.With regards to the wifi issues, tracing through our records the guest never brought up this concern to us. We would have checked to see what could be done for the internet, as we normally provide high speed wifi in our properties.We hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Radoslav back in Phuket soo
