James feedback was a real shock for me and I needed a view days to hopefully give a factual statement to it.
On the internet, the distance from my house to the bus station is 0.6 km and should be managed according to the internet in 8 min. From the train station the internet gives a distance of 1.1 km, managed in 13 min. Me and my daughter walk every day to the train station. The place is very well affiliated to the public transport. However, based on James physical constellation, I can reconstruct that the walk challenged him too much. However, I may expect fairness and friendliness in the airbnb community. In the description of my advertisement I wrote it is up the hill. So, I only can point to the feedback of my other guests.
Regarding the facility, The single bed has a tempura mattress. However, based on James physical constellation I recommend James to take rooms with a double bed only. Unfortunately I can not offer this, but did not promote it in my advertisement neither. I am sorry, James did not feel comfortable in the bed. The facility of the room is exactly how it is written in my advertisement. When James write about lack of reading light etc. and it is not written in the facilities of my room, from my point of view is this more then an inadequate feedback. The facility of the room is showed adequately in the many fotos I posted. I may point as well to the feedback of my other guest, which just leaves a big question mark, how James can write such a comment.
James contacted my always middle in the night. When I have guests and I am in bed, my mobile is next to me and I give feedback to all incoming requests by the airbnb portal or messages. However, going middle in the night in my pajama to a men's room I will not do. Guests who would like to have 24 hours personal service, I honestly recommend a hotel with such a service. My airbnb guests do always get an adequate and friendly support from myself. When I am around obviously face-to-face. When I am in bed or outside the home, by sms, whats up or airbnb portal. This way of communication is in line with the set up of my advertisement, where it is written "I respect the privacy of my guest. Nevertheless I am always supporting on open question, per sms, mail, note or directly." From my point of view is this exactly what guests can expect from a friendly and exemplary hostess and was from my previous guest to 100% confirmed.

Even I absolutely can not follow James discontented feedback, I feel very sorry for James he did not enjoy the stay in my house. I wish James for his healthiness and happiness all the best.
