I love beauty and nature so living in North Wales is wonderful. I am a sociable, easy going person. I like my own company and quiet, peaceful times. I have a lovely adult daughter who I am very proud of. I love cats and I like dogs too. I grateful for the good things that I have in my life; friends, lovely food, gardening, music, singing, dancing, TV and films and travelling. Mindfulness mediation has made a huge difference to my life and helped me in so many ways...and it could be brilliant for you too!
