Our property is in a great community of local New Orleanians who are know for showing Sothern Hospitality. To enhance our guest experience, we provide a Guest Book with local eateries, clubs, tours and more. We expect our guest to treat our house like their home. We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent regarding location, amenities, and house rules.
Upon receiving the booking from Elizabeth Marie and all guest, we immediately sent/send (within 24 hours or less of booking) a copy of our house rules and lease agreement. In those documents the cleaning fee is disclosed and guest responsibilities regarding checkout procedures (washing towels, putting towels in dryer, starting dishwasher, etc.) are clearly listed. Marie Elizabeth never questioned any of our expectations of her as our house guest.
Our listing is accurate regarding Egyptian cotton towels that are located in the master bathroom closet and guest bathroom storage bins. We do have worn/stained towels in the laundry room that are used for cleaning not bathing.
Internet service with Roku TVs are included in the house, however we do not have cable television in the property nor is it in our listing. When the guest notified us of the issues, we offered to have a technician/trandesmen come out to remedy their concerns, however, our guest never responded therefore we were unable to resolve their issues expeditiously.
