All in all stay ok- host not honest about internet connection whereas I double checked with him before and he confirmed it's upgraded & working. It wasn't. Pool is nice, but busy. Location ok, a shopping mall near by, ...

Hi Tina, this was indeed my mistake as I have submitted all the paperwork for upgrade when you asked and my initial thought was that they just need to flick a switch. Apparently, that was not such a simple case. And yes the wifi is now upgraded after the engineer finally got a slot to come over. Again, I do apologize for my mistake.

Thank you Chelsie for the feedback. I am not too sure what happened to the portable Wifi as it's usually quite reliable as a backup. Anyhow, I have instructed my service provider to upgrade the bandwidth. I hope to host you again soon!
