Luca Robustelli’s Cafaggio is nestled amidst the lush green hills of the river Chioma. This coastal valley is one of the finest bio diverse reserves of Italy. The house is made from the old stones of Cafaggio Castle and is blessed with sweet water from a spring.
Luca is setting up a large organic farm using permaculture. He uses ancient wisdom of working gently with the abundance of Nature. The vegetables, eggs, salads, herbs used in the food come from his own farm and are fresh, delicious.
