1) Towels were available in the bathrooms and in the cupboard as described on the house rules section. I checked and validated that the towels were indeed there. I did not have toiletries like shampoo and soap, I will work hard to add those in the future. The trash bag situation was a BIG miss on my part, I assumed I still had plenty and did not check, I apologize for that inconvenience.
You are the first person to complain about street noise, for the 10 years I have lived there there has never been any more noise than car or two that pass through the street, so this must have been a one time situation during your stay. I can guarantee that there is never any noise, this neighborhood is one of the best in the Seattle area so I am perplexed you experienced that.
The front door had leaves in front as there is a tree right in front of the door, leaves fall sometimes but it was not as bad you claim. We clean that area all the time and so if the tree leaves caused you such pain, I apologize.
We have a two car driveway that is big enough to fit two Ford F150s. So I am not sure what car you were driving that you struggled to park. My neighbors told me that they never parked in front of the house and we have lived with them for over 5 years. So you need to either learn how to back up better or take driving lessons.
We had a couple of conversations on the phone to discuss the house and to make sure you had everything you need and you stated that all was well, so I am really surprised that you gave me a bad review. Bad reviews are fine as long as they are rooted in truth. Please learn tell the truth when a host communicates with you during your stay to ensure that your stay is better vs waiting to write a bad review at the end. To all reading, I have always had great reviews as I take pride in hosting people providing a quality experience; I may have a few misses here and there but this review is not reflective of how the house is maintained. Thank you.
