Dear William, I have the communication problems with you rather than the other.
You asked me to anticipate check-in and I did. But then you sent me a message telling me that you was 1h delay, then arriving before the expected time and you had to wait for the person in charge of opening you home, returning to the apartment again, after waiting for you. It is important that communication is accurate during check-in, because you can not expect the person is available all day on the basis of program changes, among other things communicated in advance. For the check-out I tried to communicate with you since 2 days before your departures but you did not answer me so much that I had to call Airbnb's assistance to be able keep in touch with you. They informed me that they were able to get in touch with you and that they were telling you to leave the keys on the shelf but then you were expetcing somoebody come for the check-out.
The wifi and the air conditioning are not present and this is written on the ad, so i do not understand why you laments the absence. There is a fan in the house and it has always been enough. If we have decided to make changes in the future, we will definitely write it down in the ad.
I'm sorry that your expectations have been disappointments but maybe you should have read the announcement better so as not to be disappointed that you would expect to find something that has never been said there.
