Three bed 180sq m. apartment fully equipped and built to modern standards within an historic stone built chai. Private entrance, balcony and private raised garden area with 1.2 x 4.5 metre plunge pool (July - September) Madiran 1.5 km away has a bar/restaurant, bakery, open air pool and tennis courts. Pool usually open throughout July and August.
Distances - Marciac 30 mins. Lourdes 50 minutes. Pyrenees ski resorts 1.5 hours. Spain 2 hours /

Guests have use of the apartment, private balcony and raised garden area. A 1.2 x 4.5 metre plunge pool is installed and maintained in garden area for private use July August September. Young children must be supervised. Parking for one vehicle can be provided in the garage. The driveway must be kept clear but additional parking for one additional vehicle can be provided on site

I am the owner Simon. Originally from Sussex in the United Kingdom. I have lived in Crouseilles and worked in the surrounding area for the past ten years. I am involved in the local community and speak sufficient French to communicate on a day to day and social basis. The apartment used to be my home but I now live in an adjoining property with a separate aspect and separate entrance. I still work each day and occasionally work out of the area. I am keen to ensure your privacy but I am happy to provide information and advice when ever I can.

Je participe à la communauté locale et parle assey le français pour communiquer au jour le jour et à la base sociale. - We would ask that guests be considerate with regard to excessive noise after 11 p.m - Thank you.
- Please note that the garden is raised and sloped at the sides. Access is by way of the slope or by purpose built steps through the rockery. It is not fenced. A paddling pool and/or BBQ can be provided on request. There is additional outside space on the lower level to the front of the home.
- Although the hosts reside in a separate part of the building with a different aspect, the garage is shared with the hosts. Guest parking is available in the garage for one vehicle. - Additional parking on site for one other guest vehicle.
- Smoking is allowed on the balcony and outside spaces.
- There are recycling bins for waste. We can provide direction to the nearby recycling site. If you would prefer, it may be possible to arrange with host for the disposal of waste
- A weekly change of linen and towels is available. There are facilities to allow you to manage the laundering of bed linen yourself. If you would prefer, it may be possible to make an additional arrangement with host for laundering of linen and bed change.
- We would ask that you check out by 10.00 a.m.
