We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your stay with us, though we feel that you have made an inaccurate representation of your experience - you had the entire property at your disposal for your private usage during the entire stay, so to state that you only received "a room" would be false. We made every fair and reasonable attempt to ensure your comfort during your stay with us, but you refused every remedy offered. We certainly do the best to accurately describe our listings and ensure that every guest has the right expectations so that they are not disappointed, but if your expectations directly contradict what is clearly indicated in our listings, there is only so much we can do (and have refused by our guests) before we are powerless to improve your stay. In the end, you received a 50% refund of the already-discounted rate you paid for your stay, so it is unfathomable to us at this point how you could indicate "unfair treatment" on your booking. We encourage you and all of our guests to clearly and concisely share your expectations and questions in advance with your host to ensure that you are receiving exactly what you expect.
