Dear Jean Marie, I am literally shocked about your review and I do really need to reply as I cannot stand these lies. When electricity went out you sent me a message and I immediately called you back to check the reason. I still didn’t know the reason of the problem so I tried to understand by exclusion and I obviously had to ask you if had something on charge (you know, one reason could be overcharge); since you started yelling at me I reached the house in 15 minutes and all you did was threatening me and yelling, but nevertheless I apologized for the incovenience thousand times (because you are my guest and I feel responsible even though that wasn’t my fault of course). I fixed the problem in 10 minutes and warned you, you never replied and All you did was this mean, false and disripectful review. I am upset and regretful because I did all my best and all I received was bad attitude and rudeness.
