Hi Hannah. This negative review came immediately after I reached out to you privately to request payment for the items you damaged (stained bed linens, towels, and a cracked table.) Therefore, it seems like an inaccurate retaliation. Your response to the stained linens was that "things happen." The table is a new addition to the room and was definitely cracked during your stay. This is in addition to other strange acts, such as taking the toiletry labels off and sticking them on the walls for us to find and peel off. You complained about noise in this review, but you were noisily arguing with your guest throughout the stay, so this is especially confusing. Also, as people have various pillow preferences, we happily have 4 varying softnesses available for all guests, including my personal favorite, a Tempurpedic Cloud pillow. As I was your first Airbnb review, it appears that you are new to this platform. My advice is that if you are ever to Airbnb again, please understand that someone is opening their home to you for affordable and comfortable travel, and that their home should be treated like you would treat your own.
