Hi Joe, I am very confused with the review you have left here for us. Before you placed your reservation with us you insisted that your daughter who lives in our area will stop by and will approve the house. And so she did. When you, your wife and second daughter arrived you were more than satisfied and even your wife has comment "I want to Life here" so all was perfect. Our house has been professionally cleaned by a cleaning crew that i always check afterwards. We have always the house cleaned prior to our guest arrival, we change all the bedding's, clean towels, wash the floors, dust and cleaning the kitchen as well as the bathroom. We make sure all is in place this is the cleaning fee that we charge which is parcel from the actual cost of such a large house. Since we are not an hotel cleaning is not offered on daily basis. You stayed for a week and of course the house gets messy. For your information we do not have carpets. We had an issue with our WiFi provider that was not in our control, but as you the saw same day the technician was working to fix the WiFi issue and so he did. You had TV and internet streaming all along your stay. Your phone could not be connected to WiFi but this is your phone providers connection problem not ours. Every time i saw you i asked if everything is OK and you never addressed with any concerns besides the wifi but we have fixed it on the same day.
