Standard check-in time is clearly stated in on the listing as between 4PM - 8PM, and again when we send your arrival information.
Due to your flight being delayed, we allowed an extra half hour for which we wouldn't charge for coming out to the apartment later at night. I'm sorry that our free late check-in was not to your satisfaction.
We also communicated exactly where we would be waiting in order to check you in - just 1 metre on the other side of the clear glass front entrance to the building, where we let you in. The only front entrance to this building.
There are 2 double cupboards to hang clothing and put bags away in the bedrooms, with sliding doors, making it nice and easy to put bags away. There are plenty of hangers also available in both cupboards.
We provide a starter amount of supplies for every guest of everything that you have mentioned, which is standard in Australian short stay properties. We supplied you with 3 rolls per bathroom - 6 rolls between 4 people. 2 bars of hand soap. There were 2 bin bags in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher tablets and dish liquid.
We have had 12 months of bookings for this apartment and this is the first time we have had this type of feedback about the amenities provided or our check-in process.
Sorry to hear about the water issue, which wasn't communicated to us during your stay, so it is news to us. We have had happy guests stay since and have not reported any issues at all with the water.
