We are very surprised with your negative review and many of the
arguments that you expose, including false ones. For instance, I was
abroad (i.e. not at Venezuela) during your parents’ stay (as my passport
could confirm). So, it was not possible to see me at the building on
these days, as you claim.
Moreover, I do not live in the island and our direct host is Mr. Cirino,
who was in contact with the guide that was with your parents on the
island. Mr. Cirino was never notified of any complaint except that
fortuitous event with the heater switch-off that was nothing as serious
as you explain and that was immediately solved by him, thus confirming
his total willingness to assist your parents at any time and it proves
that you didn’t have any difficulty to communicate with us.
Regarding the microwave and the oven, they do not work and for that
reason these amenities are not included in the services we offer and,
therefore, it is not a point for complaint a service that was never
The problems with food and water supply are at national level, not only
in Margarita, and as you could understand it does not depend on us, it’s
a current Venezuelan reality, as the issue with the elevator due to the
lack of replacement pieces to repair it.
Our apartment is not old or dirty, it is always clean.
Our previous guests have had a totally different opinion and very
positive perception of the apartment and, above all, of our service. I
deeply regret that you do not share it because, despite national
limitations, we care and take care to provide the best service.
