The Hive is a living hub, really close to the city center (about 10’ from Unirii Square and The Palace of the Parliament, so a night walk will get you glazing). We are a community of very nice young pros that live together in a wonderful (and really big) house.
- - The Hive is a community of people who live together, party together, sing together, cook together. The main idea was to build a community of youngs based on freedom, where all the principles of the house are build by them. - The Hive is a place that combines both atractive design and acces to a community of young people with similar interests and values, at an affordable price. In our house you’ll find a friendly environment with nice and kind people who can help you or spend time any time. - The house in situated really close to the city center. It takes around 10 minutes walk to get into the old town, The Palace of the Parliament, or the Unirii Subway Station. Also it is really close to Carol Park which is one of the most beautiful parks in the city, containing the eternal flame that marks the grave of the Unknown Soldier. It’s located in a safe and quiet area where you also have non-stop supermarket. - The house has also a court yard where you can chill and work. You are not allowed to smoke inside the house, but we have enough space in the court yard for it. House rules: - We clean the common spaces in the house every other day, but the house is very big, plus this is a shared house with many guests passing by, so it is everyone's responsibility to keep the things they use clean, so if you think that for a cheap price in downtown you will find Cristina (our housemaid) running after you every second resulting in giving us a bad Cleanliness Review please DO NOT book this listing and thank you for going on browsing. - Guests are expected to try to leave things where they found them and not to move the furniture around or bring stuff in the rooms, at least ask first, we normally say yes. Also, don’t paint or doodle the walls. We know you are a future Picasso, but we already worked with somebody on this matter. - Smoking inside the house is normally punished with a polite, yet firm eviction of the group. We have a really nice courtyard that you can use for this thing. - Bringing unexpected guests in the house will result in a horror movie scene. This being said, if you wanna bring additional guests just tell us and we will sort that out if possible. - Preferred check-in time is between 9:00-16:00 and check-out around 12.00 next morning. If you are planning to do differently no stress just notify us about it. - You can wash your laundries, because we have the stuff that you need. You just have to ask us about it and we’ll show you how to use the laundry room. - We have 8 bathrooms around the house. You can use any of them. You will likely find shampoo and other products in them. Please don’t use them if they aren’t yours for sure. The hivers make a lot of pranks and you might end up washing your hair with baking soda. - If you need a hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner or other stuff like that, you can always borrow one from a hiver. Be sure you give it back from where you took it. - If you happen to be around on a Saturday, once a month, it is likely that we are partying and you are invited to join us. Don’t worry, we usually wrap it up until 4:00 am so you can party with us and also you’ll get plenty of sleep before the Sunday brunch. We’ll let you know before you book. - Also, random guitar nights may happen when you are around. Don’t worry, they know what they are doing. Also, feel free to sing from the top of your lungs. The hivers aren’t very talented singers, neither.
