The apartment is located in a quiet road end and could accommodate 6 people. It is a modern and comfortable apartment, which designed by award-winning architect Robert Andary.
As for the living room, it includes a comfortable leather sofa and big liquid crystal TV. Elegant sheer and curtain to shade the lounge for your relaxation and entertainment leisure. There is an excellent natural air cross-ventilation.
Our kitchen provides all new electrical appliances and cookware. We provide gas cooktops and instant-hot-water system. You can cook your delicious meals during your stay here.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment with some supply of laundry detergent.
Our spacious balcony face the morning sunrise but in the shade by early afternoon. It is just a great place to relax after a busy day with view of beautiful lake, the hills and Cannington residential.

Parking is free inside and outside of Focal apartment. We have two secure inter parking area for the guests and adequate exterior parking for visitors. In addition, on the ground floor internal car park there is a bicycle rack area and rubbish bin room.

- - The showing price is suitable for 4 guests. If 5 guests, the guests need to pay extra $30 per night. If 6 guests, the guests need to pay extra $60 per night.

a. Guests and visitors must be considerate not to be noisy during the late night and early morning of 10.00 pm to 8.00am. Loud music, television or conversation will disturb neighboring residents.
b. The apartment is not a “party apartment” and any such activities are strictly prohibited
2. Shopping Trolley
Do not take the trolley to the apartment from the Carousel Shopping Center. It is illegal and could be penalty. If the guests would like to use, please make sure return it as soon as possible
Every apartment has only one car park in the parking area. Make sure your car is parking your own area. If you have more cars, you can park at the visitors’ area or parking outside. Outside parking area is just in front of the apartment.
4. Garbage and Recycling
Guests and Visitors are to dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the apartment in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas;
5. Toilet Waste
Do not flush any tampons or sanitary napkins or left over foods or solids through the toilets. It could block up the waste pipe and several other apartments that share the pipeline will be affected. It is very important to observe this rule of not dropping anything which cannot be dissolved by water into the toilets. It is very expensive to engage a plumber to clear blockage and the trauma of flooding in our apartment and others. Guests can be liable to pay the expense if such irresponsible behavior were to cause the problem.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. If we find you smoke, the deposit will be forfeited to treat the room
a. Check and make sure all electric appliances and furniture can work normally and no damage when checking in. If there is any damage when you check out, we will make a claim on your security deposit on Airbnb and you have to compensate according to the repair fee.
b. It is tenant’s responsibility to notify the owner once the damage or malfunction of the fixtures/ white goods once it presents. Please contact the owner as soon as possible when finding damage or malfunction.
c. Please treat our apartment wall with love. Do not leave any tend or mark on the wall. Because repairing the wall is quite expensive. If any guest leave the marks or tend, we will charge you for $100 minimum. If more than one mark or tend, we will charge you $50/mark or tend extra.
8. Cleaning Fee
The $59 cleaning fee only covers general cleaning of floor, bathroom, kitchen, bed sheets, towels, and furniture. Daily cleaning by guests after use of equipment is expected so as not to leave any stubborn stain behind. Removal of stain and marking after guest stay will be determined on the severity. We may need to engage professional cleaner or tradesman to fix it. In the event we will then have to charge the guest to restore the place or equipment to its acceptable condition.
